Terms of Business
  • The licence fee covers the following:
    • Registration of up to 2 .co.uk/.com domain names
    • Up to 10 email POP3/IMAP mailboxes
    • Up to 10 email forwards
    • An average of 100 properties per branch
  • The initial fee covers the setting up of
    • All selected Cymple Plug-Ins and options
    • The monthly licence fee for the first three months
  • The Cymple licence has a minimum contract period of 24 months.
  • The fees quoted shall remain unchanged during the minimum contract period
  • The contract may be terminated by giving 30 days notice
  • If the client terminates this contract before the end of the initial 24 month period, then all the outstanding monthly fees for the first 24 months will become payable immediately
  • All fees are shown exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the time of invoice
